All of these wine creations are great! The Ocelot is fantastic and was a huge hit!  Nilgai Bull.  Rattlesnake is a PERFECT name for this wine.  It definitely has a bite at the end. Goes great with white cheddar cheese, brie, or Jarlsberg cheese. Excellent work!

The Nilgai Bull Lenior is light and great for easy summertime drinking.  It pairs well with venison or game meats in general, barbeque, and Italian food. The Rose is solid all around.  I really enjoyed that one!
